Shipping Policy

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM OUR FACTORY IN CARRUM DOWNS, MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is offered on all orders above $260 and is automatically applied at checkout.

Standard Shipping rates on all orders as follows:

0.0kg - 4.9kg = $15.00

5.0kg + = $19.95

All orders over $260 qualify for FREE standard shipping.

We aim to have all orders shipped out of the warehouse within 3-4 business days.

All orders placed on a weekend, a public holiday or a holiday period (e.g. Over Christmas & New Year) will be shipped the following day that we are open for business.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Due to the ongoing COVID19 situation, please expect a delay in order delivery. Any freight delays are beyond our control and we are working with our shipping partners to bring this to a minimum.

These delivery times are approximate only, and apply from once orders leave our warehouse:

VIC METRO - 2-3 Business Days

VIC REGIONAL - 3-5 Business Days

NSW, QLD, SA, ACT - 5-7 Business Days

NT, WA, TAS - up to 10-14 Business Days*

*Freight into WA is currently HIGHLY VARIABLE and UNRELIABLE. Please only proceed with your order if you are not in urgent need of these goods.

We DO NOT offer International Shipping from our website. Please CONTACT US for a Shipping Quote. We DO NOT currently ship to the United States AT ALL due to the new shipping tarrifs.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you have purchased an item from one of our many Australian wide distributors or retailers, you should contact them directly and refer to their refund and exchange policy.

If you have purchased directly from us, via this website, in the unlikely event that there are any problems with the product you have purchased, please get in touch with us via the CONTACT US page and we will be happy to assist you and/or provide you with a replacement if required.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your order, please note that we may ask you to cover the 2.2% processing fee we incur from our payment provider Square in order to cancel the order and issue a refund.

While we aim to make cancellations simple, covering this fee helps us absorb the cost of processing the original payment — we appreciate your understanding and support.
